Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Eligibility:

  • You can return a product only if it has a factory defect or manufacturing issue.
  • You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Process:

  1. Contact TruHemp customer support at support@truhemplifestyle.com.
  2. In your email, include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. The customer support team will guide you through the return process.

Important:

  • TruHemp will issue a gift card refund after reviewing the product and verifying its condition through photos or videos.

Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • You can exchange a product within 15 days of purchase.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Process:

  1. Contact TruHemp customer support at support@truhemplifestyle.com.
  2. Specify the product you want to exchange and the replacement item.
  3. The customer support team will guide you through the exchange process.

Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanging products. 
    Exception: If you received the wrong item, TruHemp will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the replacement product is more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been used or physically damaged.
  • Products with size issues.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify TruHemp within 48 hours of delivery.
  • TruHemp will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Bulk Order Returns/Exchanges:

  • In case of factory defects, size discrepancies, dimensional variances, or color inconsistencies with bulk orders, you can choose a credit note or a replacement.
  • Notify TruHemp about defective products within 48 hours of delivery.
  • TruHemp will cover the shipping cost for returning defective bulk orders.

Note: Due to the handmade nature of the products, there may be slight variations in color and size.
